summer car having bought another house which doesn't have the garage
space to store it all year round.
I'm the original UK owner; imported it myself in 2002 with 112,000km on
the clock.
It's now got 123k.I used it regularly for a little bit then started storing it for the winter in my
Dad's garage.
I did this for a few years perhaps leaving it there for one year then started a family and it's been there since late summer 2007
when I last tucked it up for the winter.
Last summer I told the missus I wanted another motorcycle and she told
me I could, so long as I sold the SC! She probably thought that would put
me off, but I'm calling her bluff
;o)Whilst visiting the old man on the late summer bank hol weekend, we
rolled it out, connected up the battery, and checked everything over; it
needed a jump start but apart from that it was just fine.
I took it out for a cheeky spin and it drove and felt exactly how I remembered it.
Amazing really.
This of course made me have scond thoughts about selling it.This spring it's breezed through an MOT and it's ready for sale.
It's a hardtop model which makes it pretty rare and how I prefer it; no
leaky T-Bar panels!
It's not a fully stripped out model so has air-con and electric windows.
It's in very good condition in many ways and then there's a just a few
areas which let it down but mechanically it's got a very solid base.
You could just run it as is, or fix the rough edges to make something very
special.
The tricky bit is that the car is in Lincolnshire and I'm in Berkshire, but
we'll sort something out.

so I'm willing to consider any offer over
£2,500. It's a great car in remarkable condition and always puts a smile on your face.
