I'd keep the front ARB stock, it's plenty thick enough I reckon.

Totally agree, it feels like the perfect setup.

Yes mine came with yellow poly bushes & a sachet of grease Stenky

Have not replaced the front bar, the original is probably adequate

OK, here's small update:

The Whiteline rear ARB is installed and we used the softer setting.

My car has adjustable Konis and -30 mm springs and each and every bushing, link, joint etc. has been changed in the suspension. Tyres are Hankook 195/50-15 and alignment follows TRD setup. The car is now twitchy and borderline unstable at highway speeds. I mean it reacts like a lightning and I almost drove off the road yesterday when changing lines to pass a car.

In town and curvy road this twitchyness gets masked because of slower speed or curves but now I need to be fully awake every second on the road so that it doesn't leap on the other lane. :o

Should I revert back to std alignment specs or soften rear shocks or something else to cure the excessive twitchyness or just get used to it?

It sounds more like an alignment issue - I had one that acted very twitchy which turned out to have too little rear toe-in

make sure your front arb mounting points are solid and not rotten/broken. give them a good thud up, and lever the arb away from the chasis see if it seperates, you wont see it just by looking. and they do rust through/break. alignment or repleneshing all bushes does not cure it. it gives sporadic handling issues

Mounting points up front were intact so it probably is just an alignment issue and will need some re-thinking.
