[Mk2] [NA] Will Rev 1/2 suspension fit rev 3

Hi all. Im going to replace my apex springs with standard ones as i dont want it lowered. Ive see a set of standard rear springs and shocks for sale listed for a rev 1 or 2 but the seller thinks they should fit the rev 3 anniversary i have.

Does anyone know if this is correct or is there a difference?

Also is it possible to put standard springs on any shocks (as i dont know what ones they are)? As in are shocks all the same length and its the springs that change the height? Just so i can be sure what i need to buy to return it to standard height.

OEM springs were lowered slightly on later revisions, so best to get a full set.

Springs are interchangeable across revisions.

Springs dictate ride height, not dampers.

Dampers are interchangeable across revisions.
