Disabling Clifford Proximity Sensors

During the heavy rain that we had last night my proximity sensor was going mad which was driving my neighbours up the wall!
Unfortunately, I've lost my instruction booklet that came with the alarm which told you how to disable them with the remote. Does anyone know how its done? I've got a clifford concept 650.
I seem to remember that you had to press the Clifford button a couple of times then another button. Tried various combinations of button pressing last night in the pouring rain but didn't work!

dont know that combo. but if it comes to it stick it in valet mode.

I've been in exactly that position too!
I eventually managed to reduce the sensitivity of the proximity sensor by bu99ering about with the buttons for about an hour!
Nothing worse when you live in a REALLY quiet close and at 3.00am you hear the heavy rain plinking & plonking on the car hard and you lay there thinking.."any moment now"...*CHIRP.....CHIRP!!"

I couldn't find an exact mention of the proximity sensor, but...

"To temporarily disable a sensor input, arm the system, press <CLIFFORD> twice and then <BOOT RELEASE> button. The lights will flash four times and all warn away trigger zones 1,2,3 and 8 are bypassed until the system is disarmed.

Do this again and all warn away and full trigger zones 1,2,3 and 8 are bypassed until the system is disaramed."

Zone 1 - Optional Proximity Sensor
2 - Optional Omnisensor
3 - Tilt/Motion Sensor
8 - Optional Glass tamper or Ultrasonic Sensor

This thread's pretty much dead now but just for future ref. Consider getting a toggle switch and spend a little time doing some wiring. When my prox was fitted I got the alarm chap to do this there and then rather than me do it afterwards.

Now, at the flick of a switch I can disable the outer prox sensor... although if you don't set it so sensitive you shouldn't have to.
