Dip still doesn`t light up much of the road but a worth while improvement for less than £15.

Get yourself some of these:

The stock headlights are pretty crap, and best part of 20 years old!

This :thumleft:

I had some on my last car. They worked well and looked good. There's photos of the install and OEM comparison buried somewhere in my The Mule thread.

Cheers Fellas :) I`ll give some a try. Ive always steered away from unbranded lights thinking they would all be crap .

I've just bought a set of those in the above link I posted, along with some Osram nightbreaker plus H4s.

Sick of the manky, dim, yellow tinge lighting emitted from the front of my car. The headlights and uprated bulbs have yet to go on. Just waiting for it to stop bloody raining!!

The night breakers are defiantly more white even with the standard glass .

Rains spoiling everything here too . Go a boot full of wax oil to dump in the panels and some touch up paint to do the stone chips I want to get cracking with :(

Cars developed a slight nock on the steering too when going from lock to lock which I need to investigate.

Aye I got the osram bulbs to start with. They were better than the original bulbs in the original glass but still not that great.

Hoping the osram and the crystal glass gets me the light performance I want .

Nice one . If that didn`t make the light better I was going to resort to a roof bar and a set of KC daylighters

Bought these off Krish the other day too . Just got to get some valves and get em balanced :)

so it was you who bought the sparcos. why are you changing wheels anyway? Your ssr intergrals look sweet enough already.

No particular reason John , just liked the look of the sparco`s and when you take account of the brand new tires it didn`t cost that much for the wheels at all. Me and Krish did a bit of haggling

Toyed with the idea of selling the SSP`s but I do like the look of clean 5 spokes and after searching for info they are quite expensive wheels so I`ll probably keep them and get a full refurb later this year as they have a few very small marks on the rims, most of which look to be from tire fitment .

Do you know if the standard bonnet catch just bolts straight back on ? I messaged the seller a few days ago but no answer :(
