[Mk2] [Turbo] electric windows not working after ecu reset

so decided i wanted to reset the ecu to try and get slightly better fuel consumption so took the fuses for the efi and ecu out last night and put them back this morning.

went to go out in the car and now my windows do not work at all, im not sure if it's related to the ecu reset but I can't understand it as they were working fine yesterday.

i have checked all the fuses for the car so nothing wrong there.

i have an after market alarm but it doesn't have total closure and have never had this issue . any help would be much appreciated.

The 2 systems are not connected in any way.
IMOC-UK - the only club to win 'Best Club Stand' at JAE more than once, and twice in a row!
