K&N type filter fitting

Post by qazwer »

I am in the process of fitting a K&N style filter to my " F plate" T- Bar
, and have noticed that the intake pipe connected to the throttle body has a couple of connections in it, namely vacuum hoses and some sort of air monitor plug thing.

If I fit a K&N filter directly to the throttle body whAt happens to these connections.

I have searched the internet and forum and cannot find a "How To" on this.

The K&n for the mk1b has 2 holes in the back for the sensor and idle up value feed.

Thanks for the info, that helps immensely.

Will have to make those connections up on the k&n type filter I have, but I can't see a problem.
