Someone has offered me an original Road Angel as a swap. I dont know much about these things, do you need a subscription for it to work properly and are they easily transferable from owner to owner. Also, what differences are there between the models. Finally, if I got, how have people wired them in, I dont want wires trailing all over the dash. Thanks.

I hard wired my Snooper in to my tubby as I didnt like wires every where.

Simply split the loom near the fag lighter input and you'll have 2 wires - one + and one earth.

Take the facia which sorrounds the cig lighter and youll have 2 wires - again one + and ont earth.

Simply splice the 2 wires from the Radar detector into the cag lighters 2 wires. Is a 30min job max.

Then run the wire under the sttering cowel, up the side and under the A-pillar then along bottom of windoe.
