Engine and engine harness

Post by sideways247 »

Unfortuantly on friday my mr2 bottom end has given up.
fortune has it i already have a spare 4age engine out of a 92 corolla.
The engine loom is slightly different at places and so is the ecu.
Anyone done this kind of engine swap before??
I need info please thanks

I've just put in a late spec 4age from a corolla, use your old loom and ancilleries.

The ae92 injection system, did you use the throttle postion sensor as my mr2 wiring loom fits it.
Anyone know where i can get a air temp sensor as i broke mine getting the engine out.
