Can anyone tell me if my mk2 is ment to do this= driving down the road cara going fine revs hit 4500rpm and it's like a boost kicks in, thing is tho it's a n/a so no turbo, if it's ment to do this can u tell me what it is and if I can make it kick in sooner like 3000rpm

I assume you're referring to the T-VIS system. More info. here:

Never heard anyone refer to it as boost kicking in though :neutral:

It's controlled by the ECU, so no changing when it kicks in without an external RPM switch. In any case, it's most likely Toyota picked the optimium point.
