Apexi avcr boost settings on rev 3+

Omg stupidly playing with my avcr boost controller today and lost all of my settings. A garage set it all up for me so I can't remember the numbers, and it can't be that hard to retype in

last time they charged me £400 fitted and set up and I don't want to pay that again.
So my question is... Who's using one on a softly modded rev 3 + and can you sticky up the settings. I was pushing 1.2 bar

duty cycle at 70% boost at 1.2bar...learn gear off ( X ) sorted mate.

1.2 bar is on the edge. Wouldn't call that save.
Wouldn't even use it myself.
