Lauren,what have you against our MR2 owners listing their 1/4 mile lap times and other lap times.
Yoe seem to be pretty negative towards the lads or lasses that wish to post results,is it because you cant equal their times.
You are on the committee to promote the MR2,their owners and all else related to the MR2 not be antagonistic and obstructive.
These are my views and other MR2 owners who are annoyed on reading throu the forum posts by you,if you ban me I will speak to you at the events.

As far as I was aware we have a 1/4 mile board for posting results to.

But as for posting lap times its something I have never seen the point of as most of us a doing it for track days not competition, and meaning most shouldn't be timing under the insurance cover on track days.

I am all for promoting lap times when its in the correct environment such as sprint days and race events.

But big willy waving my car is X fast round X track while slaying M3's is not what I would call good promotion.

(And I couldn't care less about the "not allowed to" aspect side of things, as I'm sure EVERYONE on here has broken the law at some point *cough* speeding *cough* - High horses and all that).

Whats P*****d me off is we come on to the forum for MR2s and promote them and because Lauren does not like to be reminded that some owners are quick in their cars,and she isnt,she goes and deletes the subject because she considers it unimportant to her.

What I don't understand is why you have such a huge problem with me.

I know that some owners are quick in their cars, but I do hold a lap record myself at Cadwell Park. If those are your comments then you obviously don't know me and I can only reach the conclusion that you know even less about my driving exploits.

I don't understand where I have censored anything. As for 'dictatorship', well I am a vice-chair and director of the club, but I do not make decisions in isolation and where decisions are made they are made in the best interests of the club and it's members. Before you ask, no, I don't get paid or anything like that.

About all I can do is hope you find some other focus in your life that is a bit more constructive.

Five minutes on this forum would tell you that Lauren has done quite a lot of track driving with a lot of experience, hell I certainly wouldn't want to go against her at a competitive event (Not to mention I'm a god awful driver anyway.)

This isn't me getting at you, I've got no personal problems with timing or vs or anything that's a bit naughty to post or do, but if I want to show off about things that shouldn't be happening, I'll save it for my friends and not a public forum. For the sake of your dignity, please, stop.
