Flip side of running an older car is that parts are a piece of p1$$ to source, problems are easier to identify and no over reliance on electronics. Regardless of what people say about these cars, they are pretty simple to work on and not beyond the home DIY mechanic.

55plate 350Z will be the high rate road tax? Also still has a long way to depreciate. I found the 350z to make a lovely noise and is very smooth, but did feel its weight.

Y'know what mate, I'm in the exact same boat as you. I have a mint Rev4 N/A that is perfect and just the way I like it in all respects - except the engine. I can't decide between a Turbo/V6 ...or a 350Z!!

Unfortunately insurance costs are the only thing holding me back, so it means i'll be staying with my N/A engine for a little while longer yet :(

Comparison sites aren't always the best way to get a quote some times you're actually better to go to each of them.. Sure means filling in a lot of forms but can save you even more.

I a big Z fan although prefer a 300zx, however the 350z looks nowhere near as fine as the MR2 :D ...

I cant believe any one would think hmmm i dont want an M3, dont want an s2000, dont want a boxter s, what i really want is a 350z ??? There are so many good reliable cars in that price bracket the 350 would be VERY low down on my list... If i really had some cash to blow maybe i would just save up for a nice NSX =P~

okay ill give you the m3 as a gt cruiser but the 2000s is a 2.0 vtec so not quite the same as the v6 . a woman at work has an s2000 and i do like/admire the car for sure.

most modern cars are bigger/fatter than the old one the z is an example of this.
