Cheap coilovers?

Post by KarlBristol »

I'm looking at replacing my coilovers on my rev1 or maybe even just my springs, dust covers and top mounts.

Problem is the cheapest I can find new coilovers is around the £350-400 mark. Is it possible to get it any cheaper?

Anyone know of a good deal on springs, dust covers and top mounts?

Thanks peeps

I wouldn't want to spend that little on coilovers to be honest, you'd likely be buying something badly made that will make your car handle like a bag of ass and potentially not last very long. Either buy a set of decent coilovers, £600 for some bcs at the very least or go with oem suspension. You could just replace the springs etc as you've said, but if your shocks are original they are bound to be well past their best by now. It's a sports car and it's worth spending the money on I think.
