hopefully going to hit prestige 2 today! Do you guys play to challenges or just plod on?

Yeah mate, I do gun challenges and perks etc (well I will be doing this time round) to prestige faster

I rock with Barrett .50 cal

Got collateral damage challenge other day

Not a fan of sniping although i do partake from time to time. Annoys me when people quick/no scope as ive never learnt how to do it. I like the MSR as the best sniper.

Not a big fan of sniping either, but like you I don't mind it for a change. I only snipe on the "mission" map.

Done quick scoping a few times by accident

yeah probably like that too didnt even bother reading what it said when presteging either just hit X as quick as i could haha

PLayed against a guy with a rank of 976 wednesday (I forgot to post earlier) and all I can say is OMG!

I make it my point of killing snipers, I have a specific class just for hunting them

I particularly like the ones who tactial resporn. Easy kills

yeah, I played against someone yesterday from Holland on 6th prestige with a 3.22 KDR. 'Kin hell, he/she was awesome! played 3 games with the dude, and all 3 games, roughly 35-40 kills, 3-6 deaths.

I couldn't get near him, I just got mullered every time. Avoided him for being too good!

Spent 2.5 hours on MW3 and not one good game, either kills deaths on par, or 2 kills more than deaths.

I got mullered

Quick scoping / No scoping is easy when you know how.
Simply line up the target in the centre of the screen the same as you would with a shotgun shot and then L1, R1 in really rapid succession - hit-hit.
You want to be hitting the R1 a tiny mili of a second after touching the L1 - bang-bang.

I hate it, there is no skill involved in just double tapping 2 buttons and was royally peeved that they brought it back for MW3

If its supposed to be realistic (yeah I know ha ha

) then theres no way you could fire any of the sniper rifles from the hip without sighting properly and actually hit the target 99 out of 100 times

Went on again kdr is down to 1.61

I find though that you enjoy the game more if you don't worry about the stats
