Best place for vacuum hoses?

Post by Paul R »

Hi,

Wheres the best and cheapest place to get vacuum hoses from?? I need the hoses from the turbo to the actuator and some of the hose that comes from the plenum chamber....

Cheers,

Paul.

TBH - I'd ring around your local 'performance' garages and ask for 3mm (plenium chamber stuff) and 6mm internal diameter (for the turbo) hoses.

I actually ended up buying some from TDI in London when I installed my HKS boost gauge - about 8m was £20 or so.

Hi,

Thanks mate. Demon tweeks is up the road, I'll pop down there ;)

I've been advised by CW not to use silicon hoses fr the turbo vacuum hoses though.

IS there any other standard type of hose that I could get?

Cheers,

Paul.
