You get what you pay for at the end of the day, is it a full respray (in and out) or just a blow over?

And will they sort out any dings for that as well?

Thats not too bad, but as said above it depends on what exactly is being done - if its a same colour respray on outside surfaces only, that seems a bit on the expensive side of things.

As others say it depends how good a job you want. My dad just took his 300sl 1980's model to get quotes for a respray at 3 places. One came out at 10k but they do an amazing job as you can imagine for that price the cheapest was around 3k.

You should see if you can have a look at other jobs they have done to see the quality. but 1.5k sounds pretty cheap for a proper respray to me
