Still seems like Black Ops though I think it's the sound effects, the Treyach CoDs had a distinct sound to them, this one is similar

Prestiged and glad I did, whole load of prestige challenges to do, and the prestige challenges for the guns
Now 1st level 10

Not sure mate, if it's the same as MW2, then no. I will never know as I'm getting to 80 and stopping.

Just wanted to prestige once.
