IMOCs very own British Touring Car Championship

.anyone found cheating will be booted and outed on here!

-

Maximum A600 as most will be mid A Class with the below mods.

-

Must be a 4 or more seat hatchback or saloon

-

Must be a production car

- this does include the Mugens etc.

-

Only aloud to convert to FWD OR RWD if car is originally AWD

-

290

- 310 bhp

MAXIMUM

-

No engine swops or aspiration changes!!

-

Full race handling package

(no upgraded wheel width) e.g.

All platform and handling, drive train and race tires

- everything BUT tyre widths

-

Drive train swaps are allowed but
not
to 4WD

-

Must have real life design with a number

-

Forza Aero is a must also.

.

.

.

.no fancy bodykits, just the REAL stuff

Race Regulations

-

Any assists are available to you in this series.

-

Normal or Simulation steering.

-

You are allowed braking line but not full.

-

Any transmission allowed but would advise using manual as you will be 2

- 6 seconds slower with an auto box.

.

.

.

.you've been warned

-

Simulation damage, fuel

& tyre wear activated.

-

One pit-stop is mandatory.

-

Drivers that have not participated in qualifying will start at the back.

If more than one, the order will be determined by the arrival of the drivers at fault.

General Rules

-

I understand many have lives, but if you do sign up, I'm sure everyone

(as much as myself) would appreciate you showing up to the races.

-

Deliberate bumping

& crashing will
not be tolerated
.

Clean racers only.

Everyone has an accident every now and then.

Just be aware that if you drive outside of you skill.

.

.

.you may get

"de boot"

-

Deliberately going off-track, also known as corner-cutting, will not be tolerated.

Use common sense

-

Don't jump back on track ignoring traffic around you, it will only cause havoc.

-

If your car is totalled, unless you can make your way back to the pits without impeding anyone else, be a bud and quit!

-

You are allowed to draft, but
BE PREPARED TO BRAKE

- the car in front is not a breaking zone.

.

.

.

.

.

-

Be aware of your surroundings at all times and adjust your driving accordingly.

-

You are allowed to block your competitor's line, however it is up to the both of you to determine when it's time to let go

(let him overtake) or slow down

(get back behind).

Remember that unavoidable contact could take both of you

(if not more) out of the race.

Qualifying Format

Preceding the race, a 10-minute qualifying session

(with collisions turned off) will determine the starting grid.

Obviously, on the Nurb' finale, this will be one lap.

Drivers must pull over before the last minute runs out for the final numbers to be written down.

Race Format

Before the race, drivers will parade one lap to form the double file lineup

(two staggered lines) at a 100kph

(60mph) speed limit into a rolling start.

The race begins as soon as the pole driver crosses the checkered line and announces

"RACE ON", allowing himself and everyone else to accelerate freely.
