I had some good games tonight, but finding it a massive struggle to level at the moment (66ish). Why did they make prestige 80!

Lol I came to a point where I didn't care and was just running into bullets so called it a day.

Levelling up the guns gains you extra free XP and is the best was to supplement your game score

Didn't know that! I'm one level off gold on ump45

Yes, every time you reach a new level on a gun - 10 kills, 25 kills, 500 kill, 10 headshots, 50 headshots etc etc you get bonus XP so you should bring them all up in levels together. I rotate a couple of sub machine guns and assault rifles till there all getting up there plus have different 2ndary weapons on each one to level those up too.
Don't forget your shottys as well , buy I don't bother with the sniper rifles they bore me

Is there anything other than prestige tokens for prestiging?

If there is and its worth it, I may prestige once to unlock extra challenges like MW2

Thing is though fizz, once you've done all that, you'll then be missing the prestige emblems and titles

I'm well aware of that. I have played the game before. But 150 headshots for 10k (for example) takes a while which is why I said its taking a while, at that's only 25% of one level.
