I have owned this car since December 2009 and have had no problems at all. The only reason for selling is an upgrade to something more practical. It will be a shame to see it go as I have had a lot of fun driving this car especially having the T-Bar in the summer months.

There is a small car park ding on the front passenger side which has been there since I bought the car, slight flaking to the front bumper & stone chips which can be expected for a car of this age. The car/paint & bodywork is in very good condition and I have not seen many MR2's with the paint work and bodywork to the same standard as mine. There is slight ware on the leather to the driver’s seat bolster, other than that the leather is really clean. The aircon also needs to be re-charged which is about £40.

Thanks for your comment SynXero it is a lovely car and I feel £2k is a good price, I feel confident that whoever came to see the car would'nt argue that either. I know times are tough but I have had someone say that it's overpriced.. does anyone think I am being unrealistic asking for 2k? Or is it just a bad time of year and climate?

A rev 5 at 2k is NOT overpriced. It`s a bargain price.

I owned this car before I bought my rev3 tubby... assuming Jodie hasn't ruined it (which it doesn't look like she has) then it's going to be a very nice, neat car. For £2k that's a complete bargain too... if I could justify a third car, I'd buy it back

Oh, and that small car park ding on the passenger wing happened a week or two before I sold it to Carol and I was absolutely gutted when I saw it.... just didn't have the time to sort it out before swapping cars

Still havnt had anyone look at the car yet, only wasters calling/emailing. I guess its not been the best time to sell but the car is still for sale if anyones interested now with summer approaching in a few months
