but again same as you am not sure on the fit, thats kina why am looking on here.

No mate, totally agree.
As far as bumpers are concerned, I'd only buy an aftermarket one that had been fitted to a car, and pics to show said fitment.

ye that is completely my line of thinkin as its pointless buying then having to do lots of work to make it fit.
i am finishing off the full veilside kit on my MR2 but am trying to do somthing different aswell as i want to go propper wide arch full veilside.
i have been looking at these as i love the look of them and think that they will compliment the full kit and the MR2
