MK1 Twincharger at Millway :)

Seen another MR2 when you were out and about? Find out if it was another IMOCer here.

MK1 Twincharger at Millway :)

Post by DoM »

Took my car into Millway today for some brakes and a service, I couldn't miss Toni's Twincharger sitting in the car park.

I wasn't sure having seen the pictures whether I liked the bodykit / paintjob, but seeing it up close it looks really fantastic. The cooling hole through the front boot is quality and the brakes disks/calipers look huge!

It would be good to see it in action, but judging from the tax disk I'm guessing it isn't running properly yet?

Nope no MOT or tax at the moment...

No posting piccies, it's a secret!

I'm guessing you're the guy who told Craig he'd kill for my car then! LOL

My girlfriend came back from there last week raving about how cool it was and asking why there was a huge hole in the bonnet. I guessed it must be yours. Will have to try and get a look myself when we drop ours off on saturday :)

I have seen it in there a few times too and it does look rather good. They do good bodywork at Millway I think =D>

Toni, do you have a yellow skyline by chance too?

I may have seen you around on the A303 a couple of times, there are not that may yellow skylines about!

When do you think your Mk1 will be ready for action?

Well there are apparently three yellow R33s in the UK, and since I'm never on the A303 don't think you saw mine :D Unless it's a 'I'm going to Millways' day then you might have!

MK1 is very unlikely to be ready for this season :(

I've seen a yellow R33 about in my neck of the woods.
Not seen it recently though.
Had black graphics on the side.
