MK1 Club- Tatton Park Classic & Sports car show - NW

Post by Cixot »

I have a few tickets left for this event, anyone interested in showing their car for the weekend or for just one day should contact me at [email protected].

Dates are 20th/21st of this month.

A number of people will be camping overnight on saturday and a few may well be camping friday night as well.

Cheers.

Thanks for your call today, we are attending on Sat. and Sun. with one car (FLITZER) and our trusty camper, tents are a thing of the past for us, we need our creature comforts at our age. We will be all loded up with our barbecue gear for the Saturday evening so we are looking forward to another great show.

See you there Fred and Doris. :salut:

I'll be there as I organised the Lotus stand, even though I've since sold my Elise.

If you are short of cars, I could bring my Mica Blue Mk 1 T-bar, but it'd need to be parked at the back of the stand as the rear arches are shot.

You would be most welcome, it doesn't matter if your arches are shot as sometimes these cars attract the most attention i.e from non-club members who might have one they are unsure what to do with.

Hi Ryan, I don't really do camping (I'm a bit nesh like that) so I'll be coming on the Saturday. If I get really keen I'll pop out in the afternoon and buy a tent and stay overnight.

Can't wait, should be great!

Hello all

I've been contacted by Ryan (seasnake), asking me to sort out the pitch (cheers Ryan #-o ) with Simon Taylor. So I'll be there Friday afternoon helping cut the grass, and I'll be there hopefully before 8:30 on Saturday morning to set up.

We're on 'D2' so don't be strangers!

Cheers

I will be there from friday night, and i am sure there will be around a dozen more on the Drivers Club stand, would be nice if you all came and joined us for a drink and a chat. Think we have the Toyota trailer for the weekend as well as our normal gazebo's.

See you all there hope the weather keeps fine.

Right, can someone help me out please? The last time I went camping I was about 5. Well I've been blackmailed into camping this weekend (you know who you are [-X )

So I'm not quite sure what I need to bring. Here's my checklist:

1) Tent
2) Crate of beer

Don't think I've missed anything have I?
