I had no idea you were going to enter it for TOTB. That's brilliant news!
Will it produce as much power as the "Fensport Corolla"? That's a truly awesome device.
And as for our guys this year, well I was well impressed with their launches. Xxxx's car simply leapt off the line like a scalded cat! 1.5 second 60ft. So traction off the line isn't a problem at all. So that proves if you can build a really powerful engine and fit it in a Mk2 it will fly!
I heard the Fensport Corolla was putting out 600bhp. Do you know how many hp Xxxx's car is?
What kind of bhp are you looking at for your Mk3? Do you know if the MK3 will have as much traction off the line as a Mk2?
Really excited now for TOTB 2006
Go for it Patrick!
Fensport Corolla is 650bhp according to Adrian.. i doubt many would be able to get to this level without serious expense ie all steel bottom ends etc.

My 3SGTE equipped mk3 should be ready by then. I'll take that challenge.

Here we see Matt J coming up to Lap the mk2
Anna and I will do all we can to come, but it might come down to going to buy another mk1, or coming to mallory

Nice one Wayne, you coming with any North West Possie like..! Looks like there will be a few Superchargers turning up here on Sunday. You up for a few jars on the Saturday night.
Mik,
Not sure who is heading down from the NW. John, Ryan, Mark - do any of you lot fancy it?
I cant make Saturday night, as football has now re-started and thus I am following the Green and White religion that is Northwich Victoria - but will be there Sunday Morning - looking forward too it!

Ok, final instructions:
The Club gazebo will be up and the Mk1 Club flag will be flying so you won't miss it....
Here's a map of Mallory. The Mk1 club will be setting up on the outside of the track near the start/finish line. See you there: (Double click to get a better pic)
We don't have a lovely new SC yet and the silver slug will be locked in the car park at work.
We can provide towing support with the LR if anyone gets stuck in the muddy grass though
Should write 'Mk1 rescue vehicle' down the side of it
