Interior bulb replacements

Have had my a car just a few days but didn't realise at night that some of the interior lights don't work. Around the heater control I remember from owning previous MR2's that the symbols of a stick man should be luminated as with the A/C, ECON and rear window buttons. (See Image as I can circled round in red the areas). Also on the speedo the MPH red needle does not luminate as much as the REV needle and the white background numbers are very dull (See image where I have marked with red arrows). There is NO dimmer switch with this car as it is an import that happens to not have that as an option.

Can anyone help and advise me as to how to replace the bulbs in these sections. Thanks.

For the dash bulbs you need to remove the clocks and change 2 sidelight bulbs. For the heater controls you need to remove the stereo and then it's fairly self explanatory from there.
