Gave me the best quote for insuring my Mk1 on a classic 3000 mile policy, around £130 compared to the £245 quoted by Adrian Flux who I currently insure my main car with.

Rob at Houghtons was very helpful & friendy, and didn't try to 'push' the policy on me when I initially rang up for the quote.

Would certainly recommend trying Houghtons :thumleft:

just rang them for a quote and they don't insure for modified mr2 cars.
