So, wheel fitted! dont have a center cap though so i might treat myself to a TRD one online

Got bored, had a whole day to kill (after surfing from 6am-9am

)
so went and got some paint to start the colour coding, turns out i got the wrong red but only realized until it was all done and i took the paper off, well at least its red, ill re-do it again on monday

Nice work mate, interior looks good.

regarding the paint, I'm guessing being a rev 1, the colour is crimson red 3J6 and you've sprayed the strips Rev2+ Super Red 3E5?

i still have two full cans of 3E5, wonder if halfords have 3J6, ill just swap them over

I used to have a 3J6 Rev 1. Halfords only ever had 3E5 so had to have them mix up some 3J6.

Little update

old exhaust off and being cut up so i can use the flange to weld onto the new pipe

and i have a new gearknob lol the otherone didnt like fast shifting

could of saved yourself alot of time and effort and just not put the exhaust back on, its sounds almost the same as a rev3 im breaking now, i took the exhaust off to put it on my v6 and had to move the car into its final resting place - just the same

i hope your neighbours like it even if you can live with it, im sure you will be deaf in about 2 weeks

its louder than i expected, its only real loud when you throttle it, but driving normally its not bad, but were putting a bigger mid box on it monday so that should dumb it down a bit
