Just ad the extra tax to the price, VAT on anything under £135 (not including shipping) and then 4.5% duty AND VAT on anything over £135.

My Frozen boost order (core plus a few fittings) is sitting with Parcel force as we speak, got a bill of £42 through today got to pay online before delivery. My order was £187 total, about $300 but $105 shipping after I added the fittings (didnt know if I'd get the NPT thread bits here easily).

I'm sure the Frozen boost stuff is the same as whats on eBay from China but no ebay seller had the shape I wanted.

EDIT:- anyone want to post up a picture to the other setup mentioned on this thread, I'm not a facebook member so cant see it.

Pictures of mine. Not going to be a bad fit I dont think, the option is there to move it over to where the AFM is once I have that removed or relocated (with my celica N/A side feed).

That looks to be a great size/proportions to mount there.

What make core is it? One of the ebay cores?

Its from Frozen Boost in the US but I would imagine it has come from China to them, no one on ebay right now is listing this core size with these inlets/outlets so its ended up costing me £235. Bet they will be up there next week for £99!

Last job of today, got an inlet temp sensor fitted. I have a Megasquirt in the boot, going to run it as a parralell setup with fuel and boost on the squirt and ignition and idle air control on the stock ECU. Its only connected to monitor at the moment so I can datalog the inlet temps with the stock i/c before fitting the chargecooler in a few months.

That looks like a great fit. I think I might get that one myself.

The core fits well but the pipes from the turbo look better in the pictures than in reality. Its one 2 inch 90 degree bend coupled to a 2-3 inch converter which is also a 90 degree bend. They will both need to be much shorter which means the coupler might not fit but somehow it has to!

I was thinking along the lines of one day getting a Garret in there which can be clocked so only 1 90 degree bend would be needed.

Lots of bits ordered from frozen boost!
Thick 26x7x2 rad, filler and bleed adapter, lots of aluminium piping, hoses and rad adapters!
9x10.5x4.5inch core ordered through uk eBay, (same core that is producing 800whp at 3bar on an mr2 in US), marine 17ltr pm pump and 19mm ID water hose...
Also got some some custom pipes coming as well.

Hopefully just a case of making some brackets and I should be good to go!

Prob looking at 10days tho before I'd get most of the parts.

Is that pretty much where you are mounting it- directly above the exhaust mani?

ok i got all the parts i need for this monster chargecooler setup im going for, aside from the coolent itself.....
had to wait 3 weeks for my rad and pipes from US!

i got a bunch of 3inch intercooler piping, lots of bends and reducers, etc etc, aside from cutting some down, i think im in good shape....

as ill be running the CC on the passenger side, i can keep my IC in place while i build it all up, so car really wont be off the road much

parts;
10meters of 19mmID hose
half a dozen 90degree 19mm plastic bends for the hose
19mm ID rad cap adapter (for filling/bleeding)
Marine 17ltr water pump
Ebay 1000hp chargecooler core!
3inch pipework + hoses
26x7x2inch thick froozenboost radiator with 19mm 3/4 hose/rad adapters
metal bars i need to custom make to hold rad in place

all in all, cost about £600 so far

im hoping to make something similar to this, but obviously with a stock inlet manifold
