I presume one of those camera vans down the road flagged you because your 'RUSS' plate was spaced in a naughty way and this prompted Mr Volvo to give everything a good look over?

I would like to think the traffic cop only stopped him to ask him where he got his alloys.

I fear the truth is somewhat different though.

Judging by the amount of police around the place when we passed they were on a serious mission of some kind, I suspect it was the tax checking people, there was a van with cameras on it. I strongly suspect that 'Russ' got stopped because the camera couldn't work his plate out
