Late Rev3 Yellow & Black (gauging interest)

Post by stealth »

Bought the car in 2008 from Yanni. Original post:

http://www.imoc.co.uk/forums/viewtopic. ... highlight=

Since having the car I have done the following:
HSD coilovers (from here http://www.imoc.co.uk/forums/viewtopic. ... highlight=)
Serviced it regularly inc a cambelt & waterpump change
Fitted a HKS SSQ dump
Refurbished the wheels in gun metal
Big brake kit (from here http://www.imoc.co.uk/forums/viewtopic. ... highlight=)
Fitted a Bomex front bumper with smoked sidelights
Rust started to appear in a few places after a bad paint job by a previous owner. So I had it professionally removed:

In no rush to sell this car as I have put a lot of time and money into it, but we're looking to move house soon so it really depends on how desperate I get for the money.

Anyone know how much I would get for this on here, I have no idea what a mint rev3 is worth??

It looks like it was in better state when yanni owned it.

it did look cleaner with the greddy front and silver wheels

i would price it at 3.5k and see how you go from there. the one below had some very tasty mods and sold for a lot less..... but that was a one off

before the rust was removed :-k

better photo's maybe :?:

I guess the wheels and bumper are personal preference, wheels are easy enough to change.

I've been offered £3800 today by an import company but I'd really prefer to sell it to another enthusiast on here.

I'll let you guys know know if I need to sell it or not.

I think he's joking

Car looks awesome :thumleft: I've just joined the forum as I'm looking for a good rev3+, not sure if I want a t-bar or a tin top but I'll keep an eye on this one to see if you decide to sell or not :)

Thanks :thumleft:

I'll keep you in mind, but I'll most likely go with the import company. I see you're also in hampshire so could be local :)

I wasnt fussed when if mine was a t-bar or not when I bought it.
A year down the line, every time I saw a t-bar car in the summer with the glass out I regretted not getting the t-bar. So much so the next car I bought was a full convertible and nothing else would do

I guess it depends what you want the car for, tin top would be better for track use. But yeah you cant beat taking the roof off in the summer :)
