Wheels advice please *racing hart test fit update*

Post by silentstu »

I have just got some racing hart cr's they are:

Front 7.5 x 17 et 39
Rear 8.5x17 et 34

Is that front offset going to be ok??

And what tyre sizes am I best with? These ok??

215 40 17's
&
245 35 17's

Just got to get one front wheel repaired as it as a small dent on the inner rim shouldn't be problem tho they came with r888's all round in a 225 45 17 so gonna try sell them on

Thanks

rears will be ok, but the fronts will be very very tight on stock suspension (assuming you have stock suspension?) they may even contact the strut.
an 8" wheel would but you may be ok cos it's 7.5"

I'd go 235 40 17 on the rear 34 offset could give a slight catch on arch lip with a fatter 245 tyre

It doesn't seem any closer than the STD wheels are as I have the 7x15's on the front now but will see how if goes with a tyre on as well may have to get a 3 mm one on the front
