blitz dual sbc gain and ratio (set) settings?

Hi all,

I've got one of these and wondered what settings i should be running and what boost levels i should be receiving?

Its a late rev2 on stock turbo.
Mods are a full decat and free flow exhaust and cone filter.

Its currently set at gain 15 - and set (ratio) at 55.

Also am going to be fitting an aftermarker intercooler shortly so any suggested settings for when this is installed?

Just what i needed, seems ridiculously simple and will stop me being greedy when increasing the settings.

I'm off to print it out.
In the mean time share your settings everyone, would be interested to know if there is much deviation.

Mines the dual one so think it will be different to yours plus I have other mods too.

on my sbc id3 (same dual solenoid)

gain - 35
set - 50-60 depending on the boost i wanted 1.0 - 1.2 bar

the set was slightly different between both my rev3's.

ct20b - full boost (1.2bar) by 2.9-3k rpm

Bry originally set it up for me, same setting he used, Mel used, MikeJC used etc..

I calibrated mine last night, as i'm on a C20 rev want to hit a bar and no more.

My settings ended up similar and my peak 0.97 with gain - 32, set 55.
Nice and driveable.

May tweak again once i have the intercooler and larger fan installed.

Sorry to necro a thread from this long ago, but is anybody running this with a fairly stock rev 2 (Better yet with metal HG!) that could give me their numbers?

On mine I've got the gain set to 10, low boost of 1.1 bar is 61 and high boost of 1.35 bar is 80.
