Petrol filler neck missing??

Post by Rev5_GTS_Nick »

I went to fill up the car and as i put the nozzle in the filler neck and it felt all loose and had a look and the nozzle restrictor is now missing?

I cant understand where it could have gone?

Has anyone experienced this? Can i get a replacement.

Thanks, its the insert that goes into the filler neck that reduces the hole diameter.

Not sure which part it is either.

The restrictor would have been fitted when it was imported to the UK - it was a requirement of the SVA test. It's to stop you putting diesel in by mistake, or you can use common sense instead. :thumleft:
