Intercooler query - VA07-BP12/C-58S(9 inch) blowing fan?

Would that fan be any good to pair with the

emspowered fan shroud which also uses a 9" fan?

That's a 24v blower fan. I'm sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong but you'd want a 12v puller fan like the VA07-AP7/C-31A or VA02-AP70/LL-40A.
