Did you sort the boost issue?

I can't Sus out if it's a fuel cut or misfire so got a Hks fcd to fit and try if not that then I'll rip into the ignition components

Had this arrive today for £20 delivered bargin i think :th:









And i had a load of red vac pipe left over so change some of the old original brittle pipe for it because i was bored lol :whistling:

getting to the end of my patients now tho still got the missfire/boost stutter changed all the ingnition components (apart from leads there next)
turbo feels fine not much play in it

you have the recirc capped off and an atmo bov? that would surely cause issues on a rev2...

yea drops the idle a little sometime and get fuel overun on decleration thats about it.

Car has the same boost problem with the recirc on as well

Done some more work on the car New rad fitted and new o ring in the water outlet and a coolant change.

New HT leads (second hand) toyota ones also fiited and new king leads.

Old rad out !!!! dont think it was ever changed and some how the car never over heated but it finally gave up and started leaking



Got a new bumper to fit too just need to get round to it

Cleaned up under the trunk





And a clean up all round









Thats it for now i think might have a drip from the thermostat side of the car now !!!! so got to investigate that..

Fitted but Blitz gauges and trust/greddy pillar pod today. They are Blitz R115 60mm gauges i have boost and vacuum, Not what i would have chosen to have normally but got them cheap off a mate :th: . He orignally got them for his mr2 but it was stollen before he ever fitted them so where all new in the boxes and his reason for the boost and vacuum was cause he wanted loads of gauge movement :blink: Anyway pics:









Must say the fit of the pillar pod is shocking ! :blink: but it will do for now..

Also changed this bracket as mine was a bit past it.



For this powder coated one and also have a nice mirror finish plate to go on top:

Painted my wheel and strut brace



And boost hoses swap for silicone to match the samco i got the other day
