[Mk2] [Turbo] Bee*r limiter

Is there a how to guide anyone can point me to for fitting one please, the instructions are all Japanese, and i cant find anything with regards to fitting t on an mr2 on google!!!
If someone has english instructions, then that would be great!!
Its going on a Rev3.

what mods does the rev3 have? If its the stock turbo and internals then it will be dead in no time (Turbo first I would say before it gets sucked into the engine )

It's stock internal but not the turbo.
