Cheap mate but dont do it if it`s the only car you are driving.

I just had a nightmare trying to find a company that would insure me after coming off a classic policy.

Basically if you stay on it for 2 years or more, any prior NCB built up becomes invalid.

Luckily I explained to my new insurer that I had been fully comp for the last six years, and proved it that I had no accidents in that time, and they did it for me.

I had to ring A LOT of insurers to find someone who would let me keep my 6 years NCB.

If you have another vehicle that you are building no claims on then go for it, but if not I would not bother.
