[Mk2] [NA] Dash panels respray what colour?

Post by Dan89 »

Hi all after my introductory post I thought I'd ask for your opinions. The inside of my car needed a refresh so after getting full leather seats and new black gear gaitor, my attention has been turned to the dash parts. These had been sprayed silver but are showing signs of tiredness so need redoing. I've got it to 3 colours, gloss black, gunmetal grey or White to go with the car exterior. But now I can't decide so what do you think? Cheers

Source some stock panels and refit them dude. In the past I've had my dash sprayed red then black then silver. Nothing beats the stock trim mate :thumleft:

However if you still want to go down the painted route, then do it gloss black :thumleft:

Hm yeah that's true prob cost about same but was after something abit different from stock. Also on a side note where, apart from a dealership can I get a stock gear shift brand new if anywhere? Tried eBay and various other sites via google but to no avail.

Well I hope he makes them, both RHD and LHD, I know a lot of mr2 owners who would love to have them in their car.
