Oild pressure Temp sender mounts

Post by stevecruiz »

Hi guys,

Bought a pair of oil temp/pressure gauges. I tried mounting there senders with the usual sandwhich plate but there was to many bits and bobs in the way blocking a nice seal, then spaying oil all over the place when starting up and testing.

I was told I can mount the Oil pressure gauge sender, in the factory oil light sender position on the top of the block, and im told that I can mount the oil temp sender in the sump plug.

The question is does anyone know what thread sizes these are so I can get the adaptors from R-spec.

Many thanks,

Steve

God bless the search ;)

That link doesn't work since DT redesigned their site, but I guess it would be a link to something like this:
