start with the Lambda sensor, i take it you have a different ecu in there normally?? changing the ecus wont give you the error codes as they wont have been stored in the original one. It might be down to the map on the aftermarket ecu. what other mods do you have?? bigger injectors?
how do you drive it? if you drive it like you stole it then its gonna eat fuel like its going out of fashion, even a 10 minute blat can chew some fuel.
for example, my old rx7, not the best on fuel, even when driven sedately, usually i got about 180 miles to a tank, a 70 quid tank. One night, i drove it like i stole it, only for 15 miles, but i used half a tank of fuel!!!!
my MR2, on low boost, on a run to london and back, i was getting near on 250 miles, that was on spring pressure, on stock ecu, driving at the speed limit obviously  .
if i accelerated hard, i can knock 20 miles off that total, even when the rest of the journey is cruising.
maybe change your lambda, see how that goes.
