early birthday present

Post by fearless »

hi guys just thought i would share this with you, my dad just retired and as a leaving present was given a drive in aston martin so we made a day of it and took my wife and kids, when we got there chobham surrey there were 5 lambo's, 5 ferrari's, 5 aston martins, 2 ariel atoms, a scoobie, 1 porshe, and a radical race car, my dad was called for his drive and off he went, whilst waiting my mum said what do you fancy having a go of and i will pay for you, im suffering from a long term ilness and didnt feel in the right frame of mind to drive a supercar would have been a lambo if i did have a go as i love the sound of them on full chat, my mum noticed they done rides in the radical race car and asked if i fancied that so i agreed, guy went off to get it and 3 guys were pushing it into the arena he then began to put duck tape on the bodywork, im now thinking do i really want to go in this, then he started it up and this thing sounded awesome im then putting on a helmet and being strapped in by a 5 point harness, guy tells me this is the closest thing to being in a formula 1 car and then we are off watch the video it was mental not sure to post on here but what an experience it was and thought i would share, watch us overtaking the supercars very funny indeed. :D :D :D

out of all the supercars they have access to drive they all love the radical, 3 of them took it to snetterton weekend before last and said they had so much fun in it, i looked on the net these can be bought basic for around £20,000 and go up to £80,000 for all singing and dancing mine had 220bhp but weighs 650 kilo's quite a good power to weight ratio i only wished i had asked more questions about the car to be honest. :thumleft: :thumleft: :thumleft:
