Awesome deal if you want a new 360

Picked up my new slim 360 finally from argos.

For 249 you can get the Xbox and 6 games.

Games include

Project Gotham 4
Halo 3
Halo Wars
Fable 2
Gears of War 2

Can't remember the 6th lol. Not brand new games I know but most still retail at 30+ pounds.

I opted for a 3 game pack, resi evil 5, Crackdown 2 and an extra controller for about £280 with £25 worth of vouchers to spend in September.

Loving Crackdown 2. Same Dodgy auto aim as the first and admitedly not much improvement to the graphics but enough extras to keep me entertained.

Mowing down mutants reminds me of carmageddon. Still on hol so looking forward to hooking it up to my HDTV tommorow.

New 360 is a sexy bit of kit too.

Hmmm...tempting. I've never been an Xbox fan, but i put that down to never actually using one for more than 5 minutes.

It costs the same as a new set of tyres though...

Thats a good deal for a fresh 360 buyer. I already have one though but would like the new one. Does anyone know if i can trade my old one in anywhere for a new one and how much ?

I paid 250 for the black one with 2 games and one pad about 3 months ago! Doh! Whats Resident Evil 5 like mate any good? The first one was the best, in the mansion, and the camera angles that made you feel like you were being `watched`.. The newer ones have all been different game styles and I didnt think they had the same atmosphere, was hoping they might revert back to how it used to be.

RE5 is great if you have a mate to co-op with, it sucks playing with the AI.

Amazing graphics though, still the best I've seen.

RE4 was my fav. Las Plagas FTW

Its bloody hard in places!!

Do want to play with a real person too. That woman sticks to your back like glue. Everytime i stop running she basically knocks into me.

Sam, how hot does yours get. Put my hand over the unit last night after and hours gaming and it was seriously hot, cant seem to hear any fan blowing or feel any air passing through the console?

Just wondered if mine is broke from new, the controller is!!
