Premium membership problem

I logged in today and noticed it said I was a regular member, so I figured my membership had expired. I re-subscribed just now and paid the £7.50, but it's still saying I'm a regular member and I can't access the premium boards.

I then checked my emails and found my subscription was automatically renewed on 11th August 2010, so i've paid twice and still can't use the membership benefits. So could someone sort my membership status out please, and let me know how I go about getting a refund for one of the payments.
