mop or respray

mop or respray

hi will mopping get out all swirl marks and stone chips or do i need a respray..

It will remove swirl marks mate. Defo get it mopped before going down the respray route.

The best compound to use is 3m fast cut that will make your 2 shine again :thumleft:

if you have zero experience doing this would it be advisable?!

I expect that to get someone to do it would be quite expensive. But equally I can appreciate the skill reqiured to do this well probably doesn't come easily.

All you have to remember is keep the mop head wet just do a bit at a time and dont press down hard on the edges of the panels or you will burn though the paint :thumleft:

Thanks! One more thing - can you do this stuff one panel/section at a time i.e. over several days? (don't think i'll have the hours to commit in one go).

I'm looking at something like this megs g220

I like the words 'low risk' :thumleft:
