Certainly was good looking. I've never been a huge fan of the Mk1, but that one was gorgeous. :thumleft:

That's Jo I believe, she was at some Mascrat Manor meets :)

She's very nice and has a really cute dog :)

Her car was in the concourse show in the arena, I don't know if it won.

yeah that sucked.... i saw the toyota/nissan/mazda(datsun) show and shines and they didnt announce who had won from each manufactuer. there were only 4 judges, surely it wouldt have taken that long to work out who won and announce it?

does anyone know what cars made it to the final??

She won best modded mk1 in the mk1 club.
What was her name again.....Jo, Julie or something... I can't remember. And she introduced herself to me as soon as I got out of my car. Doh.

She had a small dog with her too.

Only beaten by a supra, so that makes it the best MR2 on show (although in my opinion the pristine silver B Reg on the mk1 stand was better)

Hey there! thanks for all the nice positive comments.
you either love or hate the orange machine!
I was really chuffed to come second in the show n shine toyota section (amazed to beat the mr2 mk2 with lambo doors!). The supra that won the section also won the overall trpohy. my first trophy in the mk1 club for best modified - I left the show very happy and head a bit swollen with pride from the positive comments - thx everyone)
great to meet everyone and some super cars - i liked the green one too, and it looked cool next to the orange - a mad mix of colours.
just getting my little dogs car harness upholstered in orange leather to match now - how sad is that! lol

Don't think the silver one was on the stand on saturday (v.nice tho'), but we had 3 mk1's to represent us in the show and shine: a fab supercharger (Damons), a concourse mk1a rare blue colour, and my modifed example, so a range of styles/types to show off our 'mk1-massive-crew' lol! just glad it was a mk1 - would be happy that any mk1 got some recognition over all the modern v expensive cars! Everyone enjoyed it.

It was at the front to the right of the gazebo as you looked at it from the IMOC stand.

I thought it was gorgeous too - although orange is my favourite colour anyway :) Loved the interior!
