hi there i have a rev 3 gt-s and have recently changed my turbo to a Owen developnents stage 4 turbo and actuator.

however what do i do with the second feed from the top of the actuator as with the standard turbo and actuator my max boost was 1.17bar, now it only boosts at not even 1 bar, and once it hits its peaks the boost dies off??

what do i do with this pipe as owen developments tell me the actuator is good for 1.5bar.

please help

What pipe you refering to exactly? The tvsv pipe?
What is good for 1.5bar? The turbo, or the actuator?? Stock actuator is 0.5bar.

I asuming your running some larger injectors, have a standalone ecu and preferably running a forged engine to want to run 1.5bar?

How do i disconect tvis do i block the pipe that would run from my standard actuator and unplug blue plug on inlet?

i dont really understand your issue??
ever thought that your old setup you were boost creeping?? due to the stock wastegate...
perhaps your new turbo has a better wastegate and you simply dont suffer from boost creep anymore. hense why you get higher boost on the old setup.

do you have a boost controller?
if not, your questions do NOT make sense.

if your question were, ive swapped the turbo and i cant boost more than 0.9bar with a boost controller, then that would be a question we can help with. but if your not running a boost controller, then 0.9bar is PERFECTLY normal. 0.9bar after all is standard boost!

if you want more boost, you need a boost controller.

to disbaled TVSV, you need to block that second actuator line that goes to the tvsv, or simply unplug the blue tvsv plug.
but you cant just leave that 2nd pipe exposed.
