Help on oil change

Hi guys sounds daft but how do you do a oil change on a mr2 please, where the oil filter sump plug etc..

Rev 3 mate but ive done it now but thanks anyway, the only thing how much coolent should i have in my expansion bottle please mine was empty should it be have full? Also should the level be right up to the rad cap please???

My car does not overheat...
