I've got it on the PS3, which is no help at all I admit, not tried online as of yet (I never seem to play online).

I gave up on my PS3 and just use it as a media centre downstairs now, worth getting online if the PS network isn't playing up, lots of cool multiplayer modes to mess with. Having said this maybe the normal local version does too, I just hopped straight online.

Can you confirm if it is 4 way split screen and if its any good?

Was going to get this later in the week along with split second I think it is called for the xbox to see which is better

I've got the game but not tried the split screen, reviews said the split screen mode was the worst of the game as you lose a lot of detail.
