New rod/main bearings JDM Gen3, were to get?

Should i go for OEM ones or any aftermarket bearings? (if available)
Does anyone know ere to get these or have toyotas product number for these.

I also need a new crank if anyone can help me.

And some gaskets.

Toyota will sell you an engine seal kit if you need one.
